So apparently some people dont know how to use the loo. I dont use the 2nd-3rd floor in between loo but apparently its always dirty and people pee on the toilet seat and stuff.
well, someone has been leaving post it notes on the toilet door stating so and recently, that person (im assuming its the same one) went a step further to try to locate who the er... polluter is.
