If you have been keeping track with everybody's blog updates, you must have read this blog update by Joyee just a while back titled 'Kidnapped!!!' (do click on title to read that post if you have missed it)
After reading that post, I was telling my sister about the DANGERS of SOCIETY nowadays. Was telling her about purse-nappings (miss lena's incident) and whatnots, and also told her about this incident that happened to joyee, and also to a lot of other families whereby these unknown ppl would call up kids parents and tell them their kids are kidnapped and demand a certain amount of money. The worried parents would then drive to school only to find their kids safe and sound in the school compound. Its all a FLUKE! Gaspity gasp! Thank the lords above! Hallelujah! =D (heard about these cases from my aunt btw)
So my sister and i joked about how maybe these people might call up our parents, but then they'd be all mistaken and go

Well anyway, my mom called just now and said that my dad received this call earlier today. There was this girl speaking CHINESE on the other end going all (in chinese but translated)
'DADDY DADDY I'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED!'
and my dad was like =.= i mean, we dont speak chinese to each other, so that's like a total give away. C'mon!!! xp
'which daughter are you?'
(all in chinese btw)
'THE YOUNGEST ONE!!'
'okay, then what is your name?'
'IM YOUR DAUGHTER. YOU SHOULD KNOW MY NAME!'
'...yeah okay, that just proves you're not my daughter.'
