Is what i dont see

Really. REALLY.

Its like, i've seen it A GAZILLION TIMES already, that somehow, after some time, my brain just auto-ignores it and its just NOT THERE ANYMORE. all i see is the AIRCOND. All that goes through my brain as i look at that area is

'AH THANK MEN FOR INVENTING AIRCOND!'

*TEE-TEED* ( sound of on-ing the aircond DUH)

well actually i dont even think. I dont even look at that area. i just pick up the aircond control, eyes still on the teevee, i would point the control aimlessly to the back hoping the aircond would get the signal and ON DAMMIT, ON!!! wave my hand around in circles and finally..

*TEE-TEED*

*grumbles* '... that took long enough'

no actually i dont even bother grumbling because im too absorbed watching the show. So really. But anyway, I DID know that stupid WIRES-JUTTING-OUT-OF-WALL thing existed. I swear I did! but somehow, like stated earlier, my brain just ignored it, took it as some INSIGNIFICANT DETAIL NOT WORTHY OF THE MIGHTY LIMAY BRAIN SPACE and IGNORED IT. and so i eventually forgot. MY EYES REGISTERED IT BUT MY BRAIN WOULDNT! you see?

Oh My Goodness Gracious Me

So yesterday, after dinner, i came home and as i was about to switch on the lights for the AV room.. this lizard totally ZOOMED from the switch area to God Knows Where. totally gave me a shock. So after the lights were successfully turned on, i scanned the area for the wretched thing, so i could curse at it and use my laser beam eyes to stare it down.. until it would magically drop dead.

and then i saw the WIRES-JUTTING-OUT-OF-WALL thing and it was like MY FIRST TIME seeing it. I turned ACCUSINGLY at dad (for he had just bought a new like machine screw driver, god knows why i thought that had to do with wires jutting out of walls but it had some sort of connection to me. bleh)

'Pa! what did you do to the wall?'

'what?! WHERE?!'

'THERE! THE WIRES!!!'

'... it was there since the first day we moved in!'

'WHAT?!?! IT WAAAAS?!?!'

*paces back 4 steps and looks at the wires and the aircond*

'oh!! NOW IT LOOKS KIND OF FAMILIAR!'

'sometimes i get confused. WHO'S the one getting OLDER?'

*ouch*

At least it started to look familiar. Not THAT bad la... hor?
