HELLO FROM ALL THE WAY IN LOOOONDOOOOONN!! =D

suppa dawgs and dawgettes! (haha. haha. hahahahaha xp) the lameness never dies. Can you believe that the whole time i've been here i've only taken TWO PICTURES in total? *slaps forehead* I KNOW RIGHT!! =( what has become of me?! even WEIKHAI has been taking photos!!! I FEEL SO SUPER FAIL FAIL FAIL. ohohohoho! well anyway, nothing much to say save for that I AM WELL, though i feel like im gonna get flu soon =___=" been taking vitamins everyday but it doesnt seem to be taking effect. MEHNESS.

anyway, went for this door name design event thing yesterday and met lotsa ppl from my hall. that was nice =D and i know you guys are dying to see my door design! so here you go! =D

Jennifer is my roommate, shes from china. and NO, i did not make her gingerbreadman smaller on purpose. it just happened!! credits of the idea of gingerbreadmen to christy and su ean... lollipop too!! went around flashing my gingymen to everyone. frigging AWESOME.

Anyway, freshers fayre today! =D Gonna go see what societies i can sign up for. I want to say CHEGGIT THE BLOG OFTEN FOR UPDATES but i dont know if i'll be updating lots. OMIGOD im gonna be one of those ppl who go overseas and then their blog just DIES. oh NOOOOOESSSS!!! anyway, i'll try.

ps, i heard from one guy yesterday that actuarial science course has around 50 students and 24 out of that 50 are made up of malaysians. wth? LOL (not that im taking actuarial science, im taking MANAGEMENT, just to get that straight.) dont know if this is true but we'll see

So i was at Bali with my family, and the last day we were there, which was the 19th of sept, BALI HAD AN EARTHQUUUAAAKKEEEE!! anyone who saw the news should know by now. GASPITY GASP!! FIRST EVER EARTHQUAKE EXPERIENCE (and i sure as hell hope its the last!) The earthquake had a magnitude of 6.4, FRIGGIN BIG OKAAAAYY!!! but it was not too bad at where i was staying, though my sister read online that one of the shopping malls (denpasar, we stayed there) collapsed? or something like that (not too sure)

Sisters and I were in one room and parents in another. I think i was the earliest to wake in our room. The first time it occured it was just like a mild shake, but since im such a light sleeper i woke up and i was like WTH? EARTHQUAKE? but then it stopped, so im like... OKAAAAAY.... and a split second later, A BIGGER shake began and you could actually hear the rumbling of the ground and stuff. It was pretty freaky.

First thought - Gotta wake everyone up.
Second thought - LiEe won't wake up if i call her (its always damn hard to get her to wake up)

And so, i started shouting 'LIHSIEN LIHSIEN LIHSIEN LIHSIEN LIHSIEN!!!'

Hsien (eldest sis)
She woke up and she heard me calling out to her, she felt the bed moving violently.

First thought - Earthquake
Second thought - What to do? Get out. Get out fast.
Third thought - Parents still in the other room. need to warn them.

She SHOT out of bed, called out to me 'COME HERE COME HERE!!' and went to her slippers and to the door, but before she reached the door, the doorbell rang and mom was outside.

Ee (second sis)
Woke up when the bed was shaking.

First thought - Why is my pillow shaking?
Second thought - Is something wrong with my bed? (because her bed was the extra bed. one room supposed to only have two beds so she got the extra. and she thought the extra something wrong, damn lousy gonna collapse. *slaps forehead XD*)
Third thought - Is this an earthquake?

Third thought was mentioned out loud. To which I replied 'Yes, i think it is' while my eldest sister was walking to the door (as mentioned before).

Then Ee and i followed after Hsien,

Fourth thought - should i grab my jacket?

So Ee rushed to the chair where she placed her jacket and grabbed for it, only it was dark so she couldn't see, and grabbed my underwear instead (cause i placed my clean clothes that i wanted to wear that day on the chair) =____=" so she chucked that on the couch and just didnt care and ran out with us.

Meanwhile, i was struggling to wear my slippers. =_____=" (if real bad earthquake, die jor loh.)

Mum
She woke up while the bed was shaking,

First thought - BOMBING?!?!?!
Second thought - Earthquaaaake?!?!?!

dad told her she wanted to go to the gym early in the morn, and he wasn't in bed, so she's like 'oh he left to the gym already!' and 'i've got to get the girls!' and so she ran to our room and rang the doorbell.

Dad
Was in the loo while the ground started shaking. Mild shake, thought NOTHING WAN LAAAH, continue in the toilet. Second shake, OMIGOD. XD so he ran out, but EH?!?! LOU PO MISSING!! and then he opened the room door and found us ALL standing outside ready to leave and we're all like 'EH!??! PA?!' then we all rushed out to the lobby

Where everybody was in their PJ's. such a funny sight. by the time we ran out of our rooms the shaking stopped already. school kids from the opposite kindergarden were all gathered outside as well. After that dad went to the gym and we went to have breakfast cause didnt feel safe to go back to sleep.

Apparently bali hasnt had an earthquake in a long time already!! like 3 years maybe? what a coincedence, RIGHT RIGHT??!! anyway, luckily all the buildings in bali are short, cause they can only be as tall as a coconut tree. XD XD XD

Fatty Cousin Leaving For the UK..

The movie was FRIGGIN AWESOMEEE!!! The storyline, how everything played out and THE ANIMATION was like WHOA! It was THE package x) I believe its the best BEST BEST PIXAR movie EVER. Better than finding nemo, Wall-E, ToyStory JUST EVERYTHING!!!

I teared when she died, i was like NUUOOOOOOHHHH!! teared super lots throughout the movie, every time he flipped through the ADVENTURE book, or talked to her (when he looked at her picture or just to the house), when he sat on the chair and the other chair was empty...

Oh and I liked how they were so ordinary, that ordinary people living seemingly ordinary lives have stories too, wonderful stories worth telling. Russell was so right when he said that it was the BORING things that he remembered most. Some people don't appreciate that, you don't have to be DOING crazy things everyday, just because you're not BUNGEE jumping off a bridge or sky diving and shit doesnt mean you arent living your life, doesn't mean you live a boring life and crap like that. Nonsense! =D

Couldnt help but feel really sorry for Charles Muntz though. All his life he's been trying to prove the existence of the bird so that people will believe him again. Must have been so horrible to have been called a fraud. and he just died like that. Meh, so like GRR!!! He was THE bad guy and all, but given his circumstances, its understandable. Why couldn't he have just brought the bird back and then bring the bird back to paradise falls? =( Then everybody happy maaaah.

My favourite picture of us XD

Didn't really get to know each other well during form 1, i guess the most i remembered of you back then was that you drew REALLY nice pictures and you made me this awesome BOOKMARK (remember?! =D) . And the jodaren sanimay books, LOL-ness, always wanted you to draw more pictures in it but you were so laaaazy after awhile *AHEM-HEM* XD. And then there was the kuantan trip where we sat together in the SUPER LONG bus ride and listened to michelle branch's songs. But again, still didnt bother to really know each other.

And then came form 2, you went to a different class, but we were both super close to karen, so when karen left for the UK it was like NUUUUOOOOHHHH!!! And it was funny cause karen hoped we'd both be closer friends, and since then on we were like TIGHT! XD WHEEE!!! Calling each other every other day, talking about god knows what for shit ass long. XD i remember we used to hop from topic to topic, it was crazy how the conversation flowed, one thing would lead to another and it was always SO ENDLESS!! hours and hours of talking but still there'd be more... but then we'd always have to stop, cause your mom would scold you for USING THE PHONE SO LONG and NOT EATING YOUR DINNER YET. HAHAHAHA remember that?! xp

Then the last term of form 2 came, and we both gave each other encouragement to study. That was the first time i really REALLY studied, i think. i remember us calling each other to ask the other 'how much have you studied?' and stuff like that XD and then we'd be asking each other SEJARAH questions HAHAHAHA to see how prepared we were. meh, good times good times.

You were so super awesome, i never had a trouble telling you anything at all! OMIGOD which reminds me how we used to be TALKING THE SAME TIME on the phone =__=" so neither of us could hear what the other was saying. We'd always be fighting to talk, LOL. hilarious shiiiiiit!! theres always 'IM NOT DONE YET!!!' 'oh okay sorry' HAHAHAHAH DAMN FUNNY LAH XD i thought it was awesome how i never had to hide how i felt around you, like if i was bu shuang with anything you said to me i could just tell you and not pretend i was okay with it. =) I loved that about our friendship =D so honest.

And we were the retarded go crazy duo. HAHAHAHAHA still remember marching up the stairs singing christmas carols. i mean, WHO ELSE DOES THAT WITH ME BUT YOU? XD and when you were worried when SPM results were out, we saaaang at the steps HAHAHAHA and that time when i was upset till i was about to cry, we both started RUNNING AND SHOUTING down the road out the gates of school, which got people to turn their heads and look at us like we were a pair of lunatics, but we didnt care, cause we had each other as company (us against the wooorld HAHAHAH). And i felt immensely better after that, though i did cry after all. =___="

I'll admit that there was one thing i resented about going to taylors, that was splitting from you girls. Felt super jealous that you got to stick with brenda in sunway and i was like alone in taylors (with bryan and jian, but you get what i mean. WHERE ARE MY GIRLS?!?!). And we called each other less... =( super meh-ness. And now you're in uni we cant call anymore and ... yeah i SWEAR i'll start using skype when i get my lappie, so we can like OOH FACE TO FACE ITS LIKE YOU'RE RIGHT THERE. XD

HAHA OMIGOD i was just gonna say something like 'oh we're blur in this shot but it looks sorta nice =D' but then but then, RETARDATION SENSATION came flying into my mind and now im gonna say instead,

how could you forget? XD its like the stupidest shit we've ever come up with EVER. with theme song somemore. SERIOUSLY!! at least i know with you im never SYIOK sendiri, its SYIOK TOGETHER. HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA (yeah okay everyone else is like 'uh..'-ing right now, ITS OKAY JAQ, I KNOW YOU GET ME! HAHAHAHHAHA its worth the confusion and loser signs from the rest of them people xp xp xp)

Met in form 1 but didnt really talk to each other back then. All i recall of us in form 1 was me sitting next to you one day because i couldnt see the blackboard from my end and we had to copy the exercise off the blackboard.. was it BM? hmm!! And then i commented on your watch, which was cool. That was it. looooool sad sial.

the next time was when the form 3 class list was up and i realised i was in the class without bren or sara. oh SO LOST!! and then i saw that you were put in the same class too! i really was kind of scared at first, because i didnt know you back then, we were just strangers (kind of) in the same gang. I remember talking to someone (sara maybe?) about it, like OH NO, I FEEL SO ALONE. WHO AM I GONNA SIT WITH?!?! XD hahahahaha and then i wanted to ask you but i was afraid you'd have someone to sit with already (so timid bleh) but i did ask and you said yes and then WHEE!! HAPPY LIKE CRAZY...

...only HAPPY LIKE CRAZY didnt last long.

We are SO DIFFERENT character wise that we found each other ANNOYING hahahaha and damn behtahan each other. REMEMBER JAQ? HAHAHA then at one point (i dont know who started it) we started emailing each other pointing out what we couldnt stand about each other, all in the NICE CIVILIZED but also slightly hostile manner. But then in class we'd be still OKAY with each other, it was only in the emails it all came out. hahahaha, and then we both decided to try to change and from then on, it was smooth sailing all the WAAAAAAYY!!!! We'd be talking crap all daaaay loong! loved our plays XD

but that's just surface stuff,

somehow, unlike the rest of my seatmates *ahem* (not including brenda cause we did drift after form 2, but now we're like this! *crosses fingers, TIGHT YO. TIGHT!*) our seatmate bond still holds till today!! =D We're still as together as ever. We dont chat with each other everyday, but whenever there is a need to, we know we have each other. So its like RANT! RANT RANT RANT hahahaha whenever we're together. XD its totally awesome.

I remember there was one christmas '07s i think, where everyone was dunno doing what and we both just went into your room and TAAALKED TAAAALKED TAAALKED for the LONGEST time ever x) and after that i felt so good, its nice to know that im going to have you as a friend forever and ever. and i know this because whenever we talk/chat, its never about SURFACE stuff. because surface stuff we can tell anyone else, we only seek each other out when theres the under-surface stuff (omigod look at my vocab. i laugh.) to say =D

so i wont say i miss you, because we never really hung out much anyway, and whenever i need you, you're always there for me to talk to (as am i for you, but you already know that). but do know that i super super love you like LOTS LOTS LOTS LOTS LOTS!!

and i love that we're so different, you're the grounded, sensible, responsible one. and im just ... not. (ouch! on my end) you help me see things in a different perspective, and i always cant help but admire you and your spirit =) You are AWESOME.

And just as i thought,

despite the rough patch you had to go through during the first few days of your stay in hongkong, you pulled through, in true jaqueline style! =D You're so strong =) Unlike the lot of us who are still struggling to let our greatness shine through *oh hell yeah, thats my motto, thats why its ALWAYS ON MY BLOG DUH* you're already shining, bright bright bright!
