The seminar today was a BORE. i mean, i wouldn't know how the back part was, cuz we left early to bryans house. it was too darn stupid fro us to stay and listen somemore. i mean, SERIOUSLY! you have no idea. Brenda and sara slept. i felt like sleeping myself. BOOOORING!
at first it was the speeches, in which they said, 'the most important thing today i to SMILE!' i was like thinking...what the hell? SMILE!?! whats that gotta do with anything, right? and then there was the talk about atom bomb bombing hiroshima *no nagasaki was not mentioned* saying, 'NOW THEY HAVE NUCLEAR! WHICH IS TEN TIMES WORSE THAN THE ATOM BOMB! YOU WANT US TO BE BOMBED!?!' and stuff like that. That was weird. whats it all gotta do with PMR!?! IM HERE FOR THE PMR SEMINAR! HELLO!?!?!
but like su ping said every single time i complained, 'Its free. Don't complain.' so yea. Plus, we had free food and a free shirt, which i forgot to take out of kwan seng's bag. Whoops. ehehehee..oh, and i saw my cousin there. Shaun. Wasn't really nice, cuz he din even bother to say hi to my friends. meanie. i mean, i was like there saying. THIS IS MY COUSIN SHAUN! and he just walked away and smiled at me everytime i waled pass. Bummer dude. Maybe cuz HIS friends were there. Sweat-ness. i mean, i was sooooo excited to see him! i had no idea he was going too, guess guys just have premonitions, like...'oh look, my couz Li May is here, no surprise!' *shrug* SWT. meanie.
Aaaanyway, we skipped the stupid seminar after lunch and went to bryans house to watch constantine. the taxi driver was REALLY hilarious, talking to us like we were his friends or soemthing. Plus, he looked like a mad scientist. it was his hair, i swear. constantine was irritating. there were no subtitles and they were talking so soft! so in the end, i dind't get a single thing of the movie. ==, didn't know who was good and who was bad.
In between the movie, Kwan seng kept scaring Jaq, making her scream and all. and when the woman in the show, Angela's shirt was like half transperant cuz it was wet, Guo Yaw made stupid noises. It was funny though. Kwan seng cracked jokes too. so in the end, the show wasn't that bad....at least it was filled with laughter, right? hah.
and today is brenda's Dad's birthday so...

Yea...went to Istana Budaya to watch it. Dancing and all. I mean, it was GREAT! ballet and everything...but i guess im not really into this kinda thing. It was pretty cool...when the guy carried the girl and everything, but beisdes that..i think it was *malaysian slang* 'okay oni laaaa'.

Most idiotic thing that happened today was, i thought wild zebra was gonna be in genting. You know, the arena of stars, cuz thats where we watched Oliver. So i wore regular jeans and three quarter sleeve shirt, so i wuolnd't be cold. We reached the place and i was like...WE'RE NOT GOING TO GENTING!?! all around me i saw people in dresses. 'WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME!?!' geez. ==, but whatever, at least i think i was the most comfortable person there. dont need to sit crossing my legs or with my legs closed and all. Great thing about jeans. Love it.

There was a 15 minutes break between the performance. This MAN sitting next to me saw his friend and walked out, managing to trample on my sister's baby toe. he stepped on it for a pretty long while too, which her saying ow ow ow ow ow all the way. She wasn't SCREAMING of course.. but she was saying it loud enough for anyone to hear. Geez. the guy was either deaf or being mean. He didn't even turn around to say sorry. meannie. what kinda attitude is this!?! but im pretty sure he just didn't hear.
PMR seminar tomorrow, gonna wake up at 6 to wash my hair...cuz i din wash it today and my scalp feels itchy now. i don't know how i survived as a kid. i was a dirty kid...i mean...i wouldn't wash my hair for 4-5 days in a row and it was still okay. nowonder i had dandruff. and now...i dont wash my hair for ONE day and its like itchy and i cant stand it. the irony.

Class, talk to cas and jaq. recess, hang with the gang in su pings class (best part of the day), after that, back to class. after school, gather at the usual place talk to gang(second best part of the day), depart school, come home. bathe. come online. afternoon nappy. watch tv. eat. sleep. repeat the whole routine the next day.
How boring is that? my life is just so FIXED, so im really glad my weekends are occupied this week, or it'll be. wake up, online. sleep. yeap. Im such a pig. now i have activities too lok forward to. YAY! and plus, the gang is going to the seminar too. DOUBLE YAY! hah.

3B2's class trip to Genting
PETALING JAYA- The students of 3B2 cease to hear the annoyed calling of the teacher as the class moniter Tay Yi Ping asked them to suggest places they would like to go for their class trips. Everyone was excited, though sadly this trip is still months away, after the dreaded exam PMR. Soon, there were names of a number of places in tact. Genting Highlands, Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pinang and Melacca. Melacca was practically boo-ed of the board as only ONE person voted for that place. who would want to the historical city MELACCA right after PMR? that's just weird. Genting won the other places by a mile with 21 votes. The students cheered. Genting it was! the trip will be held at the end of November.

PETALING JAYA- Li May groaned as her alarm clock went off- it was tuition time. Tuition wasn't actually usually dreaded by this teenage girl, instead usualy looked forward to due to reasons she will not reveal, but somehow, today she was extremly tired and felt like sleeping and thus hated the idea of going to tuition. She came 5 minutes early, breaking her record for arriving at tuition late every single week. It was apparent to her, for the first time, that she did not fit in. Students were scattered all around the classroom, talking in groups, she however, didn't have a group to fit into, no place where she belonged. She stood there paralysed for a moment and then proceded to find a place to sit. Solitude. Li May hated solitude. She flipped through her notes and lazily skimmed through the paper, seeing words but not reading them. how pointless. All around her she hear the students talking, laughing. Oh, how alone she was. She gazed at the whiteboard in front of the class thinking things like 'oh look, how clean.' ; 'white. not a bad colour.' things like that. Just shows that solitude can drive one to insanity. Anyway, a teacher soon ushered the students to go to another classroom for the class to begin. Li May found a place and sat there, thinking she was to stare at thin air again. Not her favorite sport, but she's not complaining. Then, a girl sat next to her. She realised the girl didn't really talk to anyone either, so made conversation with her using Nie as a topic. That was successful, soon enough, the chabbering killed away the boredom. Sadly, teacher nirmala announced there was gonna be a test and they were rearraged. Lonely, yet once more. The papers came. Li May took a moment to take in those questions. God, she sucked at that chapter, electricity, now a paper with subjective? No Way. This cannot be happening. Life must go on though. She picked up her pen and smiled, trying to look more confident than she actually felt, well, trying hard to MAKE herself feel confident. 'i can do it, i can do it..' she muttered to herself, took a quick look at the first question and all hope drained. she tried her best to answer all the questions, even filled in ridiculous answers, but, thats still counted as trying, right? suddenly, her right eye started to hurt. she thought it was the contact lenses she had just started wearing three days ago. Besides, what else could it be? she shut her eyes and massaged it, hoping it well, but it didn't get well, so she just had to do the test with her eyes in pain. She didn't know how to do the paper, her eyes hurt, she wanted to sleep. That was the worse test she had ever taken. It was a miracle she even got to finish it. Soon, it was time to mark the paper. How fast time passes. To her surprise, she got all the fill in the blanks questions right, her objective was bad though. the paper wasnt finished marking and the class ended. No more loneliness for the teenage girl. she grinned as she trotted down the road towards her dad's car.
Ps. im thinking of quiting Nirmala and joining Kasturi. More practices there and i heard the tips there are really accurate.

As i said in the previous post, their paper was not to be judged but they got the free pizzas anyway. The team was delighted, free pizzas! who wouldn't be? two large pizzas and some fries were ordered. The Editor, kah kiat, paid for the fries and the pitcher of pepsi as only the two large pizzas were free.

PETALING JAYA- A glorious day for the six students of 3B2 was ruined by the all so famous copy-this-rangka-karangan-or-die teacher Pn. Phang (thunder at the background). These six poor, tragic students had already sensed the impending doom as Pn Phang who is gonna be known as PP after this line stepped into the peaceful classroom. With the green melay workbook in her hand, she motioned for the six sutdents to stand. It seems that they have somehow cross the border for the buku nilam record, which is pass a hundred books. The students cringed. This wasn't looking good. they now had to read SIX different books in the week, which means four more days left for them to read the SIX books. What a ridiculous thing to ask of the students to do, expeacially when PMR is drawing closer by each passing day. That wasn't the worse part, oh no, theres something FAR WORSE than that. They have to make a review for the 100 books they claimed to have read. The students gasped, they havent done a SINGLE review yet, and she expected them to finish it in most 4 weeks. What did PP think they were? Machines? Kiss Goodbye to the time they need to spend studying, sayonara to the time they have for play, aurvoir to the time...to well, sleep! and the worst part is, they have to report to her. ANY other teacher would have been better. FAR better. those poor students. and to think i am one of them. Sympathize with me.

PETALING JAYA- Brenda had only finished the printing and pasting of the paper at 7 and school had already let out at 6.40pm. Brenda couldn't do anything, she had tried her very best to finish it in time, but the best she could do was 7pm. The group members prayed that their paper would be accpeted, all their efforts to be put to waste? that's just wrong, SO wrong. The very next morning, some of the team went to look for the teacher in charged and begged for the paper to be accepted. The teacher declined. She was sorry but she couldn't take it for it was unfair to the other teams who passed it up on the dot. She even complimented the paper saying it was good and had a fair chance to represent the school. The team members had no choice but to accept their sad and cruel faith. tears were seen streaming down Michelle's face, she had put in SO much effort, perhaps even done more than the rest of the team. brenda's eyes were watery, she too had done SO much. stayed up editing the paper, doing the perfect layout, pestering people to do stuff and getting cold responses, was THIS her payback? it just couldn't be right. Even the editor himself almost burst out crying. he apologised for everyone's efforts were now in the drain. no one was to be blamed but ourselves. The team swore to take part again next year and win!

PETALING JAYA- 3B2 was as always, noisy and unatentive as Miss Fong stepped into the classroom, well, at least MOST of the class was. The usual good students aka Jaqueline, Ng Chor Ken (if thats how you spell his name), Yong You Siang, the most hated guy in class and his "gang" were listening to what she was saying, probably feeling sorry for her as no one was paying any attention at all. The Poor Woman.It was obvious when Miss Fong marched over to Hoo ZI Wei's table and screamed SHUT UP at the class that she was mighty angry and cuoldn't take it anymore, so everyone decided to keep it down. No sound was to be heard, i bet you could even hear pin drop, if anyone WAS to drop a pin or something. She started scolding Hoo Zi Wei for not copying the notes and called us all brainless fools because, i quote miss fong, ' why would i ask you all to copy this if it wasn't important? why do you come to school? Use your brain la!' and mind you, she was using broken english as she let it out on us, that was one hell of a magnificent touch. everyone mellowed down after the scolding, we wouldn't want to be screamed shut up at again now, do we? hell no. but yea, the students started chabbering away once more, in whispers. At the end of the class, miss fong said, ' DO YOUR HOMEWORK OR GET OUT OF THE CLASS TOMORROW.' not much of an option if you ask me. So i think all the students decided to do the HOMEWORK. then again, we'll have to wait till tomorrow to find out.

PETALING JAYA- Brenda and Michelle slaves under the hot, BLAZING sun, cutting, pasting, arranging, typing for the newspaper while shu ying scratches her head countless times to try to figure how to make the masthead of the paper STAND OUT more. Li May on the other hand had already done her part and was sitting down relaxing and wasting her time typing this fake, non-article-like-but-whatever article in her blog. Meanwhile, at the B-I-R-D (boy is responsible dorm) household, sat Ter-yi, choosing some nice pictures of the sports day event to send to brenda to print out. What a difficult task indeed! Nge Seong on the other hand, was probably sleeping at home. The EDITOR aka ALPHA LEADER WITH PINK BAG aka KAH KIAT had already done his part AND more by editing MOST fo the paper and critisising the work done by both brenda and Michelle. How Sad indeed. Looks like what they did didn't suit his standards and he even MADE a petition that stated that he wanted nothing to do with the newspaper produced if it turned out like crap but wanted credit if it won a prize. How 'noble'. All the team members groaned and was fairly pissed about kah kiat and his attitude. Li Ying was at brenda's house, also slaving away under the sun helping with all the cutting and pasting. Kwan Seng(craymel aka crayfish) on the other hand, was in the F-I-S-H (fish in sushi hut) trying to make a new pizza hut advertistment. Su Ping was probably sleeping in the P-I-G (pinky is gone) household. Having a nice afternoon nap when everyone is working, GOD, now envious we all are. In the middle of the day, some of the members start to fall and lose energy, thiking Nie was too much for them, that they couldn't go on with it. Some of them, meaning Nge Seong, Li May and Brenda. Nge Seong woke up from his sleep and started crying. He dreamt about Nie and couldn't take it anymore, Nie was devouring him ALIVE! Li May however, couldn't take typing about Nie the non-article-but-wtv article anymore, it was just TOO much for her. Brenda was the only one with a good enough reason, which was, she was working so hard that she felt as if she didn't want to work anymore! 4.16pm, Ter-yi finally is able to pick the pictures, he sends them to Michelle which was in Brenda's house. Michelle gasped. THIS was the last touch. After this, no more work. say Bye bye to Nie. we're gonna be done! brenda came alive again because of all the excitement, Li May had no choice but to type it down, Nge Seong...well, he went back to sleep. at approximately 5 o'clock (because ter-yi and brenda's computer's lagged A LOT), the paper was done! everyone screamed and cheered. a success!

feeling darn irritable right now. don't know why, so don't bother asking. seriously. or i'll just get all sarcastic on you. trust me. i will. aaaaaaanyway, the stupidest thing happened to me today. (okay so its not the stupidest and im overreaciting, but yea, im bloody annoyed at the moment so sue me for being mean now.)

well, family and i went to 1 utama. went in a shoe shop. i sat there, MINDING MY OWN BIZ. which technically means staring into thin air not thinking of anything. and then ALL OF A SUDDEN this lady is like

I was like okay for the first half of the day, being my happy zesty lil self, jumping , bouncing, screaming, singing, chatting yea, whatever i do every single day of my teenage life. and then all of a sudden, after recess, at KH, i turn into this moody lil' kid, who wants to scream at everyone, who wants to give everyone an ugly frown, who wants to hit everyone, who wants to bite soemones head off, who wants to suddenly burst out crying for no reason. thats weird. i know. NO, its not PMS, so stop thinking it is.
i didn't want to be moody. honest. who would? being moody just gets you down and you know, want to be alone and everything. i turn around and look at cas and i suddenly felt like shouting at her, i look at jaq and i felt like hitting her (not that i don't anyway hah, but i usually just do it for fun la), i felt like kicking someone (which in the end resulted in me stomping my legs on the floor like some child throwing a tantrum). i sat there, staring outside the class window, frowning, feeling all riled up for no particular reason. i tried to think why was i so uncomfortable, why i was so...well, angry. but you cant really think when you just feel like killing someone. so yea. i stopped thinking.
after class, the gang gathered at the usual spot and i started shouting to get everything off my shoulders, to feel better. so i shouted at nge seong for not bringing the naruto CDS he promised, shouted at him for not bringing brenda's pena nd the naruto CDS for her too. i stepped on bryan's shoe and got mine stepped on too, kicked kwan sengs shoe and whacked ter-yi's hand. ==, sorry ter-yi (see? i'm a good gurl, i put a dash between ter and yi. SEE!?!) and yea, that made me feel better for a while. hah. the gang is one in a million, doesnt takes things like that personally. Thank God.
after that, in the canteen, as i was passing by SOMEONE, i realised well, i was pretty darn mad at that SOMEONE, well yea, that particular someone that had been ignoring me the whole day. don't tell me ignoarance is a bliss, i'm not gonna hear it. we walked pass each other and he didn't even bother to say hi or anything. no smile, no laugh. he just avoided me. looked away. then my head started boiling, i mean, what was up with that, right? so yea, i thought, two can play the same game. I was so confused. so yea, I conclude that, him ignoring ME got me pissed. i don't know whats up with him. one moment he's so nice, chatting with me on the phone, being all sweet and friendly; the next, he's this jerk who refuses to talk to me and hangs up the phone on me and doesn't even wanna spare me a glance. like what the hell is up with that? i don't get it. Blah. NOT gonna get myself angry. NOT going to.
Family bonds
Yesterday i had a dream. not just any dream, but A dream. A BAD dream. A nightmare. A dream that made me cry in my sleep. cry when i woke up. run crying to my sister. THAT kind of dream. a dream that i have never once had. THE dream. I hate that dream. i hope it never ever happens again. now, let me tell you about my dream.
I sat at my bed with my sister, then suddenly, my cousin came. he sat beside me and we started talking like we always do. no awkward pauses, just crap all the way. then, he broke the news to me. he died just two days ago. i stared at him. he was a spirit here to visit me?
'because no one wanted you to be upset.'
he opened last two days star newspaper. there it was, pictures of the car accident. blood. i couldn't bring myself to believe it was all happening. nowonder mum and dad went to aunties house today. no wonder. that was what i thought. we sat there on the bed and chatted, for hours in fact. and then suddenly, one shadow appeared. that of a man. i couldn't see that man, but his shadow was there. he bowed to me and talked to my cousin. well, at least the shadows were talking. My cousin looked at me.
'I have to go.'
'are you ever coming back?' i asked.
'no, i can't.'
And then we hugged each other, like we always do after a visit.
'you know, i love you as a brother.'
'i know' he replied, and then he disappeared into thin air.

i stood there, unsure of what just happened. and then i started crying, and i woke up. i stared at the ceiling, feeling tears streaming down my face. i didn't even bother to wipe them away, no, i wanted to just lie there. i got up and looked at the clock. gosh, it was already two. my sis, li ee was still in the study room doing her work talking on the phone. i came in the room and sat down and started crying to her, telling her what happened. she, being the caring sister, put down the phone and comforted me. but even so, i still kept crying. i calmed down and started talking abouts oemthing else, but tears still kept streaming down my face. a shock that couldn't be rid of in a jiffy. God. i was so relieved to know it was but a dream. i don't know what i would do without my cousin. he's like

The Diagnostics tests are stupid. i repeat. its stupid.
The Diagnostics tests made me feel like an idiot. i mean, the questions they gave us were like.

i was like. OMGDNS! We're FORM 3's for petes sake. what the hell is this? and the first question for the science paper was.

I smiled..oh yea sure, it MUST be the iron. ==, see how idiotic they're treating us? like kids! KIDS I TELL YOU! so annoying.AAAAaaaaaaaaanyway, i havent been blogging for a while now, so decided to post something. even if that something happens to be nothing. know what i mean? sure you do.
yea. yesterday, Yen Hsian freaked me out. Okay, no offence to her, but yea, she freaked me out. She got really REALLY mad, cuz this guy YEW CHI PING (possibly the most hated guy in class) simply marked her diagnostic test paper with blue ball pen. he marked this BIG BLUE CROSS on her paper and laughed at it. lame as always, no surprise. What shocked me was that yen hsian, a petite size gurl with a very cheerful and bouncy attitude suddenly clenched up her fists and banged her hands on the science table. producing this LOUD sound. and her face was all RED and her eyes was all WATERY. it was like she was gonna cry of anger or something. Her face looked like it was gonna burst. she must've been REALLY ticked off.
THE MOST HATED GUY IN CLASS (TMHGIC) threw her paper to her and she started screaming at him. and then she turned to her friend, this other gurl in class and started cursing him. Words like BOMB, EXPLODE, DIE were repeated continuosly. I was shocked, so was cassie. we were like, WOW. Whats up with her? i mean seriously, all that over a paper? NO WAY. its okay to get ticked off, i guess, but not to THAT extend. what was so bad anyway? it was just a big cross after all. on a stupid diagnostic test paper. all that fuss over a stupid paper? GOLLY. Thats weird. but then again, i didn't really mind the cursing since i hate the guy too. ><>
oh and today, there were some groups that did their moral presentation. Chen wong's group presentation was FUNNY! it was sooo cutte! and impromptu too! such talented comedians. i bet they'll make it to showbiz one day. LoL. Chen loon and Chen Wong were the main people who made the play as funny as it was. Wei Khai and Jun Jie din say much...Kah Hong acted a lot but din really say much either, wait, maybe he did but i couldn't hear him. ehehee ^^" overall it was one hell of a play that got everyone on the floor roaring with laughter. no, i'm not serious, just exxagerating. but yea, it was funny. they even mixed cantonese into the play and everything and added sound effects here and there, HILARIOUS I TELL YOU!
